Making Mindful Moves (12-week program)
Making Mindful Moves is an intensive program created by Camille Charbonneau and Travis Champion in partnership with UNI Training. Through weekly group workshops and fitness classes, as well as 1-on-1 personal training, learn philosophies, tools and strategies to exercise both your body and mind. This is a program like no other that will help you build your Warrior self and cultivate both an active lifestyle and a resilient mindset.
