Athletic Background
Camille is passionate about sport, health and wellness, and has been an athlete since the age of 5. She obtained her black belt in karate at the age of 12, and participated in handball and track and field before her teenage years. In high school she started to play both rugby and basketball, and went on to continue to play rugby for over a decade. While doing her masters at University of Ottawa, she played varsity rugby and started to understand how important the mental aspect is to performance.
In 2017 she participated and won her first ever bodybuilding competition. In 2018 she found her passion in Olympic Weightlifting, and in 2019 raced her first half-marathon. Camille currently competes as a 64kg weightlifter, and continues to enjoy short distance running.
Her competitive experience in difference sports, as well as her varsity sport experience, makes her a consultant that truly understands the importance of training the brain and maintaining a sport-life balance. She knows what it's like to be a student-athlete and is driven to educate and share mental skills tools with young athletes in order to help them grow both on and off the field.
