Mental Skills Workshops
Workshops are used to educate a team or group of people about mental skills practices. Through research-based exercises, Coach Cam guides learning with a very hands-on approach as she believes that discussion, insights and engagement are a big part of learning. Sessions are typically 30-60 minutes long, and can include an educational component, discussion, and worksheets. You can expect to leave with resources, and mindset tools that you can continue to practice after the sessions are completed.

To help you start your week off right, we will be meeting SUNDAYS 9:30am-10:30am
[MAY 15] Workshop 1 - REFLECT: Discover the habit of writing and journalling to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, gratitude, and intention
[MAY 22] Workshop 2 - RECOVER: How to use meditation, mindfulness, and movement to help mentally recharge and recover
[MAY 29] Workshop 3 - REFOCUS: Discover how routines, grounding, meditation, writing, and breathing strategies can help you refocus on what is most important to you **Special guest Travis Champion, Certified Meidtation Specialist will be hosting**
[JUNE 5] Workshop 4 - WRAP-UP: Goal-setting for life-long brain training
*All sessions will be recorded for participants who might be absent
- Follow daily practices of research-based mental skills strategies
- Weekly themed mindset practices
- Printable Challenge calendar with daily prompts that you can do at your own pace
- Learn through others and stay accountable through weekly workshops hosted by Cam (online)
- Optional in-person events (in Montreal) with specialists so you can connect with the community

This is for you if you want to join a group of like-minded people going through the same journey, and connect with habits that will help you show up as your best self! Whether you're new to mental skills training or want to get back into certian habits, this will definitely get the ball rolling!
Cost: $150+ tax Not sure this is for you? Don't have the budget? Apply to a scholarship until May 12th where you get 50% off the program. All you have to do is write about why and how you think this challenge can help you. Two applicants will be announced May 13th!
