​Showing up at your best starts with how you show up mentally. Through a structured Mental Preparation program, challenge the way you think so you can learn to shut off autopilot, and show up to training and competition with more intention and focus.

Designed to teach you science-based tools and strategies that I've used with varsity, provincial, and national athletes (and myself) for over 6 years, you will build a solid mental skills foundation that can't be found in any book. One of the biggest obstacles in sport is ourselves - the way we think can get in the way of our full potential. Trying to manage stress, the pressure to perform, doubt and worry is a common challenge. You will leave the program feeling more in control of your thoughts, attitude, and mindset, so that you can focus on performing at your best.

As an athlete myself, I know what it's like to feel pressure before game day, doubt my skills after a mistake on the field, or put too much pressure on myself to perform a certain way. 

This isn't useful.

​The reality is that you can keep training physically, technically, and tactically, but if you choke under pressure or can't manage your thoughts under high pressure situations, you won't be able to show up at your best - both in training and on game day.

You can't totally avoid feeling anxious before a big game, or having worries and doubts creep in after a mistake... but you can learn strategies to manage these situations and feel more in control.

Brain Training e-book

It's always more fun to learn and grow as a group! You'll be added to the Train Your Brain community with like-minded athletes and high performers who are on the same journey. You can feel free to brainstorm, share challenges and resources, ask questions, or just hang back and get motivated and inspired from the community's conversation.

12-WEEK MVP BRAIN TRAINING (1-ON-1 COACHING)
This is for you if you're ready to go all in. Challenge your way of thinking , step out of your comfort zone, and REALLY look within in order to change the way you think and show up via 1-on-1 coaching.

  • Everything included in the 12 week Group Training program
  • 6 x 1-hour bi-weekly virtual coaching calls with Coach Cam
  • 1 x 30-minute wrap-up session (re-evaluation of goals and assessment of mental skills)
  • 1 x in-person coaching (where applicable) from Cam during a training session of your choice
  • Access to private coaching portal (Practice app) for weekly support via messages, reminders, and resources
