The pandemic has been challenging for most of us. It seems even harder nowadays to manage stress, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude with all the uncertainty and loss of actitivies that we enjoy most.

This challenge is meant for you to shift your mindset! In 21 days stay focused on what you control - the way you think and act. Train your brain to feel more in control of your emotions, accomplished, motivated, and resilient.

Implement daily mental skills challenges that will help you...
  • Stay present, control your emotions, and ultimately feel happier through Mindfulness exercises
  • Develop Discipline by implementing useful routines and habits
  • Cultivate Resilience by cultivating a growth mindset through Journaling exercises

Join a community, and stay accountable!
Workshops are held Sundays from 10am to 11am.
Dates: March 28, April 4, 11, 18

  • Mental skills exercises to train your brain
  • Weekly workshops via Zoom (4x1-hour workshops hosted by Coach Cam)

 Making Mindful Moves is an intensive program created by Camille Charbonneau and   Travis   Champion in partnership with UNI Training. Through weekly group workshops and   fitness classes, as well as 1-on-1 personal training, learn philosophies, tools and   strategies to exercise both your body  and mind. This is a program like no other that will   help you build your  Warrior self and cultivate both an active lifestyle and a resilient   mindset.
