"During the 2015 university rugby season, Camille joined the McGill team as a mental skills coach. Having known Cam for a while, I can say that it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. She is very professional when she needs to be, but she is also very easy to get along with. Professionally, she made herself available to players for one-on-one sessions throughout the season. She could often be seen having a cup of coffee with a line of players waiting for their turn to meet with her. Considering that these meeting were not mandatory, the fact that busy students made use of the resource speaks to its effectiveness. Aside from individual meetings, she also attended practices and games in order to keep track of the players and their goals. Her dedication to the team and the players was unquestionable. Although I was not privy to individual meetings between her and players, it was clear to see which athletes were taking advantage of the services she offered.
