Positive Living Skills Program
This program aims at helping groups of children aged 4-12 years old to develop positive living skills in order to help them grow as well-rounded and balanced citizens.
Through the use of fun and interactive activities, worksheets and games, children will learn the importance of positive perspectives, how to regulate emotions, meditate, relax, focus, and be in the moment.
